      What could be the reason for my measurement data being visible in Tec4Cloud but not appearing in Nic-Place?

      If the measurement data is visible in the Tec4Cloud, this is due to a transmission problem at NIC-Place.

      The Tec4Cloud does not proactively transmit data to Nic-Place; rather, data is requested by Nic-Place through an API. We recommend reaching out to Nic-Place directly to inquire if they are experiencing any challenges with data retrieval.
