In this March edition of our technical updates, we are excited to share the latest advancements and upcoming technical innovations within our Tec4Cloud platform. 

Recent updates to the Tec4Cloud:

  • Unique Identification and Enhanced Information for Applications

    Automatic generation of a new and unique ID for Sites within the Tec4Cloud. This randomly assigned ID enables swift identification of the Application.

 

  • New design of our FAQ Page

    We are excited to announce the launch of our newly designed FAQ page. The updated website now features a fresh, modern look and offers enhanced interactivity. You can easily search for information by typing keywords directly into the system. Access the new website through the previous FAQ link and experience the improvements firsthand.

Download calibration certificates in the Tec4Cloud

With the new feature allowing our customers to download calibration certificates directly from Tec4Cloud, timely recalibration of devices can be ensured without missing any deadlines. This feature can be accessed in the WebPortal's device view under the 'Details' section.
Calibration

Our system will proactively notify you when your calibration certificates are nearing expiration and when it's time to recalibrate your devices. This feature is available for devices that support calibration certificates, including TempBeacon, CryoBeacon, SmartTag M, and SmartTag MP. Please note that for devices such as SmartHub or SmartLock which do not support calibration, the option to download calibration certificates will not be provided.

The acceleration and shock graph for the SmartTag S/M & SmartHub is being updated

The updated graph will feature a wider array of line colors to enhance the visualization of various acceleration parameters. Additionally, the use of distinct shapes such as circles, triangles, and squares for measuring points will facilitate easier differentiation between the lines.

Moreover, you will have the capability to interact with the legend, allowing you to selectively highlight specific data by graying out non-selected elements when you click on the corresponding line.
