      Updates on Tec4Cloud Technology – February 2025

      In this February edition of our technical updates, we are excited to share the latest advancements and upcoming technical innovations  within our Tec4Cloud platform. 

      Recent updates to the Tec4Cloud:

      • Two-Factor Authentication with Email Code

        This newly established feature enhances registration security by incorporating an additional authentication method. Customers now have the option to voluntarily choose this security measure during login.

      • Site Management: Optimization of the Search Function

        Experience streamlined Site management with our enhanced search function, effortlessly displaying applications linked to specific sites and allowing you to quickly find precise information.

      • Improved Site Creation Experience and Optimized Main Page Display

        After creating a Site, a pop-up appears with a prompt to create an Application. You can click on Later to create the Application later, or click on Create New Application: This will immediately create and assign a new application to the new Site.

      Unique Identification and Enhanced Information for Applications

      Each application is assigned a unique ID along with supplementary details regarding related Projects and Sites, which are displayed in the menu. This enhancement enables our customers to more easily differentiate between applications and swiftly identify their associations. The new ID meets the following five criteria:

      1. The ID is displayed only in the info section above the name of the application
      2. The ID remains unchanged throughout the application's lifecycle
      3. Additional to the ID the associated project is shown
      4. Below the project also the associated site is shown
      5. The search functionality should allow searching for applications by their unique ID

      Test our new FAQ website!

      We are pleased to announce the enhancement of our FAQ page, now featuring improved functionalities. Although you can continue to access all the previous content through the same link, our revamped website now boasts a new design and allows you to directly submit your questions to the system.

       

      Explore new features such as the Tec4Cloud quiz to assess your knowledge, and discover a comprehensive FAQ section addressing key questions about our devices and cloud services. Try out now
