      Updates on Tec4Cloud Technology – December 2024

      Discover the technical updates from December 2024

      In this December edition of our technical updates, we are excited to share the latest advancements and upcoming technical innovations  within our Tec4Cloud platform. 

      Recent updates to the Tec4Cloud:

      • Introducing a new "Help" button in Tec4Cloud, providing direct access to our comprehensive FAQ website
        This feature will provide users with immediate access to a comprehensive library of frequently asked questions, complemented by expertly crafted documents such as Manuals, Factsheets, and Quick Guides, all meticulously detailing the technical aspects of our devices.

      • The menu item "Project" has been renamed to "Project Setup"
        The "Project Setup" feature enhances clarity regarding project settings and their impact on other functionalities, such as Shipments and Sites within the Tec4Cloud platform.

      • Modifications to alert settings within "Project Setup" will now require individual updates for Sites and Shipments
        Adjustments made to alert settings in "Project Setup" will no longer be automatically applied to Sites and Shipments. Each Site and Shipment will need to be updated separately. The alert settings include a note stating, “Existing shipments and applications are not affected by changes made here,” to highlight this update.

        Get ready to experience two groundbreaking features soon to be unveiled in our Tec4Cloud platform!

      The mobile search and filter functionality for the Shipment list in the Tec4App has been optimized

      This tailored filter option for the mobile version allows users to utilize the same filtering capabilities as the browser version. With this user-friendly feature, users can quickly locate their current shipments. Additionally, the introduction of new, personalized filter options enables even faster display and analysis of shipments.

      Allow the display of selected parameters on the list page for Devices, Users, and Shipments to create a tailored overview

      Users will have the option to select specific parameters, such as temperature, humidity, battery status, shock, tilt, or shipment details where the device is currently active, to be displayed on the list page. These preferences will be saved and automatically displayed the next time the user accesses the page.
