Updates on Tec4Cloud Technology – April 2025

Recent update to the Tec4Cloud:

• The acceleration and shock graph for the SmartTag S/M & SmartHub is being updated

  We have introduced new features to expand our range of line colors, enhancing the visualization of diverse acceleration parameters.

New pop-up window for notifications

Introducing our latest feature: a dynamic pop-up window that keeps you in the loop with every crucial update! Stay informed with real-time notifications about all significant events, including:

• Shipment/Application Name
• Alert Name
• Alert Confirmation Notifications (highlighted when confirmed)
• Device
• Triggered Date

Simply click on the alert name to seamlessly navigate to the relevant application or shipment. Plus, once you've read a message, it will be conveniently marked as read, ensuring you never miss a beat.

Keep an eye on the bell icon — it's your personal alert system, showcasing the count of notifications waiting for you.

Automatic scanning of nearby TempBeacons/CryoBeacons using the Tec4App

With the newly created button in the Tec4App, it is now effortless to read data from TempBeacons and CryoBeacons, even when they are installed in hard-to-reach locations, such as high shelves or ceiling mounts in a warehouse.

A new button has been added to the bottom left of the app, allowing users to scan all nearby devices. Once tapped, the detected Beacons are automatically listed. The scan takes approximately 15 seconds to complete, after which all accessible TempBeacons and CryoBeacons are ready to be managed.

Tapping the "Upload to Cloud" button queues the Beacons for readout.

Download calibration certificates in the Tec4Cloud

With this new function in Tec4Cloud, you’ll experience seamless efficiency through automatic downloads of calibration certificates. Instantly access your certificates to ensure your devices are recalibrated on time and all deadlines are met. Our intelligent system proactively alerts you before certificate expirations, guaranteeing you never miss a recalibration.
