Why is there a data gap between individual measuring points in the Tec4Cloud?

There can be two reasons for a connection error; one may be a faulty Bluetooth connection between SmartHub and TempBeacon. It can also be due to poor WiFi/LTE-connectivity between the SmartHub und the Tec4Cloud.

To ensure optimal performance, it is essential to maintain a distance of no more than 50 meters between the SmartHub and the TempBeacon(s). Additionally, please avoid placing any conductive materials, such as metal or water, in proximity to the connection, as they may disrupt signal integrity.

Regarding the WiFi/LTE connection, it is important to verify the existence of either an Internet connection (for stationary applications) or an LTE connection (for mobile applications), depending on the specific SmartHub model. The SmartHub is capable of transmitting data only when it is successfully connected to the WiFi network or mobile data.
